Web Wench Designs is committed to protecting and respecting clients privacy.

We do not ask for more information than is absolutely required, and we do not allow anyone who does not need to see your details to access our database. We certainly will not sell or give out any private information to third parties, unless it is required as part of carrying out services to our clients.

Some specific clarifications:

  • Cookies - Cookies are used to simplify your access to our services, such as the shopping cart. All cookies used on this web site expire within hours of your visit, and they do not store any private information.
  • Storing - Any private information that we store, is done in the most secure method available and is stored in password protected databases, on fully secured computers. We do not store credit card information anywhere on our system, all credit card payments are processed securely by PayPal.   • Sharing - We do not share, sell, swap or make available any information gathered from you to any third party, unless it is required by law or necessary to carry out the services you have asked us to do on your behalf.
  • Data Usage - Your email address is used as the primary form of contact, but we promise to only use it in appropriate situations. We will use it to send you invoices, renewal notices or to notify you about any changes to the systems we use that directly affect you.

Refund policy

  • Domain Name Registrations - Once a domain registration has been completed, no refund is available for any reason.
  • Domain Name Services - Extra services like URL Forwarding, DNS Hosting and Email Forwarding are refundable in full if requested by email within 30 days of purchase.
  • Web Hosting - Web hosting fees are fully refundable if requested by email within 30 days of purchase.
  • Web Design Service - Fees paid for web design or programming are fully refundable up to the point where the work begins. This is generally once all the relevant information and images have been collected from you. Once the design work begins, the design fees are no longer refundable.
